COMPLAINTS SECTION

If you were abused, witnessed or seen a lack of duty of care by our Paramedic+ Staff, or anything what violates inside Argonath RPG rules or Procedures inside Liberty City EMS.

Our importance here is all LCEMS Staff are treating the public with courtesy, respect and duty of care for all Liberty City Citizens and if anyone is wrongly mistreated in a disrespectful manner, there are serious consequences to whom does not have respect towards anyone.

Important Notes
We only hold responsibility for our own Official LCEMS Medical Personnel, if your had a issue with a freemedic, you cannot contact here, but please contact via in-game /report section.


Please Consider the following, before a Complaint

You may attempt to speak to the person you may have had this poor experience with, or perhaps Contact a Command Staff member if available to have this resolved. If this does not come to a conclusion of the complaint being resolved, then you may issue a complaint here, using the Complaint form provided below and we will handle the complaint with professionalism and seriousness.

If our complaint System does not settle resolution and you are not satisfied with our result you then may in-fact move to the Liberty City Courts to deal with more of the matter with thorough evidence of proof of why, otherwise the Complaint will not be dealt with from LCEMS.


If the complaint involves reporting the LCEMS Chief, then you will need to contact the Liberty Judge.
