The Massive Idea Topic

This topic is comprised of both various other topics, new and old, about user's suggestions for ARFD. From now on, please post your ideas here!

3 Engines (Two persons each for a total of 6 people, holds all the water) ~Added in SA:MP.~

1 Squad Car (LSPD Car scripted to spawn red, and only /fireman can drive. Can carry four people to fires)

1 Battalion Chief's Truck (FBI Rancher scripted to spawn red, and only /fireman can drive. Carries all the "Support" equipment) ~Added in SA:MP.~

1 HeliTack (Helicopter Attack, Cargobob helicopter for transport and role play) ~Added in SA:MP as a Raindance.~

1 Other-type-truck (Water Truck, fills the Engine's when they empty out)

1 All-red Enforcer as a Rescue truck

All these vehicles will be enough to support the amount of members of ARFD during prime time, and are minimum for the amount required on a structure fire call.

My Opinion -


1- We need a small fuel bay to refill engines.

2- We need a working gate therefore giving way to a private parking for engines.

3- A small "building" shall we say, to repair the engines.. or a place where we can /repair, This only repairs ARFD vehicles. Because I hate having to destroy an engine after blowing a tire..

4- A custom ARFD spawnpoint!




Can't think of any more just now!


Anyone got any critics on my suggestions?

I am going to speak with CBFasi about getting atleast 1 ambulance at every station and adding a special medic duty spawn thing for fire dept. medics as well

what about Ambulances ?

I think:

Ambulance will be at each station 1 car
The rest will stay at each hospital

Please note, as of this time none of these vehicles are final for the SA:MP 0.3 server on the upcoming RS4.1, but they are being proposed for use when changes come about.

We could use a tow truck for use at car wrecks.Personallly our FD in my town has 2 tow trucks. ~Added in SA:MP at Airport stations.~

i have a idea of Smokejumpers(Parachutes from Plane into Wildfire)
i found Red/White Beagle in Airport,i think can use for smokejumper plane.

- /firepromote <id> <rank>
- /firedispatch <message> (sends a message to all fire/medic/police as if a 911 call)

It would also be great if there were radio frequencies for different emergency services. I feel only the police force has a private radio amongst themselves, EMS and Fire are more public under the Emergency Radio.

Police - 1, Fire - 2, EMS - 3. ~Added in SA:MP as "/e <message>" for all services, "/r <message>" for the service you are dutied on.~

Not a bad idea at all. I'll discuss that with David again. I know I'm still trying to push it back to where the type of emergency personnel that is speaking changes the color of the radio, which makes it easier to identify what they are when they use a radio channel everyone has access to.

For example:

When a cop speaks, the radio text is light blue like /r currently is.
When a paramedic speaks, the radio text is light pink like /e currently is for Paramedics.
When a firefighter speaks, the  radio text is light pink like /e currently is for Firefighters.

The idea though is to make it change to those for EVERYONE when that specific job-based person speaks, instead of keeping their own radio texts one color depending on their current job like it currently does.

I'v been wondering about in Argoath for a bit now and have been on EMS and firefighter duty alot so i thought i'd share some ideas with you and hope we could get them in the server:

Firefighter equitment (Hose):
Fire hose, We could model a fire hose and have the fire trucks water spot come out of it, it would be a good idea as its a well know peace of fire equitment.

Firefighter missions (Bigger fires):
i'v been on alot of firefighter missions and they sometimes are pritty easy and quick to do so why dont we have a cuple of fires which are bigger than teh normal ones and are a little harder to put out. ~Added more and harder missions in SA:MP. MTA:SA has added missions as well.~

Paramedic equitment (Strecher):
Paramedic's could have a strecher command were they say something like /strecher and a strecher spawns and is attached to your player then you can use another command like /pickup (ID) and it would pick up the player on the strecher (the player would have to say /yes or /no to weather he wants to go on the strecher or not) then when near to the back of an ambulance the could use another command like /load (ID) and it would put the player in the ambulance and the strecher would dissapear.

I hope these ideas get through to the server as they would be a great addition to the Fire Department and emergency medical services (Paramedics).

Car Crashes:
2 or more vehicles could have crashed with bots in the vehicles, take the bots out and perform CPR on them they get up and walk away (or something like that) sometimes the cars could catch fire so be on the look out.

Interior Strucher fires:
have a house wich has cought fire inside the building not outside could be a bit of an expirence :P ~Added in SA:MP.~
